   @consumablejoy if you want someone to talk to about dysautonomia stuff, feel free to ping me. I have orthostatic hypotension, which is similar to pots but without the heart racing. I have had to learn a lot about how to manage the dizziness, brain fog, etc

     Right now all signs are pointing to POTS for my current symptoms, including heart rate spiking when I move from sitting to standing. I already have had incidents of BPPV so yay more reasons to feel dizzy and vertiginous. #ChronicIllness #pots
