I wonder how many of the folks who see my toots were able to see the lunar eclipse. I haven’t seen a total lunar eclipse since I lived in Manhattan in the mid 1990s. We were telling our daughters to burn the images into their memories, because the next time they see one they’ll be old enough to drink. The most exciting part for them was seeing the Moon through binoculars.
