   The kids went back to school today. It's so quiet. I'm marking the occasion by putting away my trusty sign until next summer.

     @fu Everything's shifted forward in Colorado from what I grew up with. School starts middle of August and ends in May.

     @arossp no wonder people don't hire teens. How can you work for the summer if you can't be here for the whole summer, not to mention this was always the bussiest time of year when I was working on the farm as a kid.I guess that's another reaason more and more famlies are choosing to homeschool.
