   @DrGeraintLLannfrancheta @chowderman @randahl I agree. The lack of criticism from the US and Germany is truly remarkable. I wanted to write a newsletter about it today, but I never found the time so that will have to be tomorrow instead.

     @chowderman OK, #generalsvr rumours. It seems Gerasimov and the old guard of RU Mod might have known of Kursk. Gerasimov of course is neither fan of Shoigu neither of Belousov. And they are massively at odds with FSB and Patrushev. FSB and Patrushev are now in decline. Tschemesow clan is getting traction and control. Now it could make sense why Austin is not taking Belousov calls. They could have made backdoor dealings with Tschemesow. We know if/when Putin is removed. Let's see. #rumint

     @chowderman thx. Berlin is also silent, which means they are on board upfront as well. I have only one conclusion - the fear of Trump is so big that UA needs a bargaining chip and the 'risk appeasers' have taken the pill. It's also telling that zero reaction of the NPP fire. Somethings going on. Also Austin's denial of the phone call and the timely announcement of new aid. Mosaic pieces. I'am unable to see the big picture. But the Austin call denial is by far the biggest piece.
