   one of my local travel insurance providers has an additional “cancel for any reason” clause for a fee that allows claims for cancelling flight tickets/etc for any reason, e.g. i decide not to go cause i changed my holiday plans
   
   this is cheaper than the difference between a nonrefundable/refundable ticket. what’s the catch??

     @cell maybe the agency will resold the canceled ones to others wanting them? But idk what would they do with the credentials tied to them...

     @cell check medical reasons. if you are not feeling well, psych doc can give you a cert and travel insurance hopefully reimburses.
     
     however dopamine rush from vacation should overwrite such feels :02hug:
