     @m looks like the only thing any of them do is like
     have a record button
     search the program guide if you have one
     i think i saw vlc has program guide support somehow but idk
     i know it receives teletext and shit

     @susie yeah so far i am thinking this is dumb and not worth any more time and just continue slapping matroska files in to vlc really

     @icedquinn Maybe if they allow viewing multiple streams in a mosaic? But then again, how often is that useful? Or if the channels actually come with a program guide (and being able to set up recording rules etc).
