@breadandcircuses Given that during the Pliocene Epoch, 3.5 million years ago, atmospheric CO2 was at 425 ppm, as now, global warming was at 3 Celsius, & sea-levels were 20 metres (over 65 feet) higher than at present, with everything else more-or-less the same (the Sun was actually marginally less luminous), but for the absence of cooling aerosols in the Pliocene atmosphere, we are SCREWED!
