      @nfilipes it looks like Geekbench is reporting base frequency on Windows and max frequency on Linux/Arch?

      Both are boosting as expected up to 5ghz. Both are on identical performance profiles….

      @nfilipes hmm, I don’t know but it’s a good hunch. This makes me wonder how Bazzite would perform since I believe that Diageo has optimizations for Asus laptops.

      PHEW, solved it!
      Apparently Geekbench has a separate AVX2 executable on Linux, which performs much closer to expectations. #Linux ftw, as it should be...

      @ReverseModule Sort of! I'm building up an internal library of benchmarks again to have some reference points. This is my personal laptop, but Asus is sending the brand new Zephyrus G16 with Strix Point for review which is what prompted me to start testing my older laptop.
