Ames (runoutgroover@mastodon.nz)'s status on Wednesday, 07-Aug-2024 21:02:53 JST Ames 🧵 Although I’m really happy that Imane Khelif, who seems like an excellent human, is now getting tons of support (and the bigots seem to be returning to their burrows) I’m a bit queasy with some of the subtext. So you can relax because Khelif is a ‘proper’ woman after all.” 1/2
