Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

A lack of receipts is just that, a lack.

Granting a good housekeeping seal of approval for never reaching the testing lab is… a choice.

And what receipts have turned up thus far would seem to be, on balance, pretty damning, however sparse.

To be clear, this is not the usual guff about not getting to vet the fool in primaries. Rather, anyone who could be vetted by popular opinion even sans primaries was justly disqualified.
