   @Bluedepth 4 million files...well damn.

   For comparison, my media storage for Mastodon usually holds onto about a million which only totals about 200-250 gb

     Over this week I’ll be moving 8.7TB in 4 million files that my 228 coworkers have created and stored on my nearly ten year old #Windows2012R2 server. Then on Friday migrating #AD to a new server. During all of this, all the folks from the branches out there will converge in #Kalamazoo. There will be lots of visits and talk. This is my professional peak for 2024. Migrating servers. #work #infotech #Microsoft
