   NEW: Judge Annemarie Axon, a Trump appointee, became the first judge to reject a request to block the Biden administration's Title IX sex discrimination rule on Tuesday.      UPDATE: DOJ filed its opposition to the Eleventh Circuit request sought by Alabama et al. for an "administrative injunction" after being denied an injunction by the district court in their Title IX rule challenge.      The wildest part of this request is that LaCour and his Consovoy buddies went to the Eleventh Circuit with a request that, in its intro section alone, makes at least two claims that Axon explained were wrong or misleadingly incomplete. This is substantive — and bad.
