   @scott thh, i don't even care if it is price fixing. software that can squeeze an extra few percent out of tenants is enough for me to say it's bad and should be banned.

     I’ll hand it to Peskin on this one. Price-fixing with an algorithm is still price-fixing.

     Also relieved it wasn’t controversial and passed unanimously
