My squat is finally up to an empty bar!
(To be precise, it's at 20kg, the weight of an empty Olympic bar. I didn't have enough space for the added length of an Oly bar, so I've got a 7.5kg powerlifting bar loaded with some modest plates.)
This is sod all to anyone else, but an achievement for me, due to all the stability-affecting damage my ankles have taken over the years.
Continuing to work rage of movement on 22.5kg OHP, and bringing deadlift back up from 50kg (I did bodyweight the other day and then deloaded a little to address minor form issues.)

It's not an entirely conventional lifting choice, but it works for me, because I know the album inside out.
