     @anonicus your server has to run a tor service on it, and it is configured to attach to a port. that port can be a web server bound to localhost. does that answer your question with sufficient detail?

     @anonicus @sun Tor is obviously going to incur a speed penalty over clearnet on the user end, but it's not enough to actually matter if you just design your site "normally" (modern HTML/CSS without JS framework bloat)
