@rotteras not especially. it just means the population is contracting a bit and it'll sort itself out eventually.

Tho obviously with birth rates less that 2 per woman we got a little problem
@rotteras then you need to pay workers way more. If they're that critical to keeping the system going they need to be compensated properly.
@Rasp yes and no ig, at least with how stuff works rn (e.g. retirement).
Since that cant work like now when there are more/equaly as many old as new people
@rotteras if you pay young people more they would actually have enough retirement saving to need way less support

What I mean is that you need a lot of new folks that each pay a little so a few old people can live off of that.
Or do you mean paying the young ones more so you can take more to give to old folks?
