     I once been to a seminar that featured Bud Maelstrom (you don't need to know who he is but just roll with it). In a break between getting my face pounded in and in the dirt, we chatted about this and that and he said: "In combat, you can never be certain about win, no matter how superior you are. Consider the following scenario. A special forces team of 13 goes out on a mission. They are all equally equipped, equally trained. And then one of them steps on a landmine."
