I've been doing this long enough that I can recite the official justification for public sector treasure flowing to the private sector without cracking a smile.
But I'll say what's true here. They have lobbyists. They've spent decades creating a regulatory environment that forces this.
The only reason it's not a complete and total transfer is public sector #unions. We have lobbyists, too.
