@BattleDwarfGimli Spanish is honestly not that hard for a native English speaker to learn, iirc it's classified as a 'Tier 1' language, you just have to put the work in with verb conjugation. Most Western European languages are like that except German (Tier 2)
Tiers 3/4 are where it gets really interesting (hard)
@TrevorGoodchild@sickburnbro@BattleDwarfGimli German is difficult to learn initially but gets easier later on, whereas Spanish starts out easier but gets harder later on, or so I've heard.
German is tricky because of all the conjugations, different syntax, and the fact it is a little *too* similar to English (Wer means Who and Wo means Where -- and I initially mixed those up for a second even just now) so there is a strong tendency to essentially just speak English with a German accent, rather than speak German correctly.
