  @gilesgoat A friend and I were talkling about an online ad provider called Taboola, which pushes all the worst trash-tier ads you see on news sites.
  This shitpost was a mash-up of a few common themes:
  1. Doctors hate... XYZ fake medical nonsense being sold
  2. This one weird trick... usually weight loss stuff
  3. discovered by - usually a modifier to imply that a regular person has got one over on the medical establishment
  4. horny MILF in your area - Taboola also serves the worst dating ads known to man
