@HelenG @transworld I feel like we’re getting the same shift of the Overton Window to the right that the US has been experiencing, just a little behind the curve: our “left wing” party is soft right, our right wing party is full of maniacal crypto-Nazis, and the other parties either can’t break through our stupid system (e.g. the Greens) or are being quashed for the crime of not being a part of the duopoly (e.g. the SNP). I don’t know how to break out of this death slide…
