     Part of a group in #anchorage #Alaska trying to get a #streetmedic group off the ground. Any folks in other cities/communities with resources or advice based on past/present experiences? Especially interested in how folks deal with some challenges that come up in particularly cold environments or environments that are in proximity to wild spaces (perhaps tree sitting folks have something to add?)
