@jalcine You do probably want to use LuaJIT, performance is very good, support is widespread and the FFT functionality is lovely. The only downside is instead of targeting lua 5.4 it's targeting 5.1 with a subset of 5.4 features backported, which is a little weird but probably is never going to change.

✌🏿✍🏿 (jalcine@todon.eu)'s status on Sunday, 21-Jul-2024 11:43:45 JST ✌🏿✍🏿 I keep looking at Lua runtimes and like how Microsoft effectively owns the native Node.js stack by having NPM, Roblox owning Luau makes me wrinkle my nose a bit. Probably got the post-running brain but I think I'm just going to stick to vanilla Lua.
