   Okay #Bookstodon - I need some help....

   I've been reading on my #Android tablet with Moon+ Reader. I wanted to share a quote on Mastodon as an image. I once shared a highlight and exported it into Joplin.

   Now I am trying to do it again in a different book and for the life of me, I cannot remember how I did it! I've tried searching and I feel like all the search engines are gaslighting me as if this option never existed. Thanks!

     @madjo @books I may just resort to that. The thing that is bugging me is that I DID IT ONCE and I can't figure out how I did it. It made a nicely formatted quote photo.

     @seanbala @books If you're happy with an image, then the easiest way is to create a screenshot. I believe you can create a screenshot by pressing the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time, and then you can crop the resulting image in your photo gallery app before sharing the image.

     Out of curiosity, what android e-reader do you have? How do you like it?

     I have been thinking about getting one to replace my nearly six year old Kobo.

     @seanbala @books Ok I think I know how you did it. It might look a bit different on your device (I only have an android e-Paper ereader, which is only in black and white)

     Highlight the quote you want to share. Press the rotated share button (circled in the first photo)
     You'll get the choice in style after that and then you can press "Share".
