     In non-french markets, Starbucks spells it "Crème Brulée" but in France, they spell it "Crème Brûlée"
     
     Not having an accent on the u is correct after the 1990 spelling reform, but most french people still put the accent. I guess Starbucks found removing the accent to be more aesthetically pleasing but they're keeping it in french speaking markets because it's preferred that way.
