By my layperson reading, the engagement letter has a clause that they won't represent companies adverse to Bright Data in related matters. (It's included in Alsup's order.) But the legal industry parses sentences in ways beyond my ken, so thanks for the answer.

@kingrat @luis_in_brief it would be surprising to me if Quinn's ethical duties were specifically laid out in an engagement letter such that they could be enforced via contract.
