Sick Sun (sun@shitposter.world)'s status on Thursday, 18-Jul-2024 09:03:44 JST Sick Sun @weeble The issue with Android is apparently that you can write something that works on a flagship phone and then it will have errors on other phones until you make a lot of adjustments. But with IOS it's pretty consistent?
I hope someone with experience jumps into this thread and says.
I have made mobile websites before and it was challenging because the mobile browsers used to really suck.Doughnut Lollipop 【記録係】:blobfoxgooglymlem: likes this. -

Terry Hendrix II 🏹 (thendrix@social.hendrixgames.com)'s status on Thursday, 18-Jul-2024 09:08:27 JST Terry Hendrix II 🏹 It's complicated as drivers are not even of the same quality. Take for example GL ES drivers lying about caps. Vulkan should be standard more or less by now -- out of that hw for years -- mainly b/c it's not just better they have compliance testing requirements to use their drivers. That's a small example of a major subsystem that's not the same across the board.
