I used to count how many days I turned on the AC in the summer. I was very proud to keep it under 15. Now I don't count anymore.
It's just 36C all day long until the sun sets. This is horrible. And NYC isn't being hit hard compared to most places. It's just always hot.
Redoing my retirement spreadsheet to account for the extra cost of air conditioning. This is like living down south. I have the AC on every single day!
I hate turning it on. It uses so much power, but Pica is very old and so am I and the heat makes us sick.
