   @dx give those places 50 years to get run down and that feeling will change. So much of "single-family" homes were cookie cutter when they first were built.

     I am pro-apartments and multi-family housing, but every Canadian condo building I’ve ever been in has felt like living in a chain hotel and I guess some people want that but boy that’s not the vibe I cherish
