     @sun well, why did it fail? Didn't support foreign transactions? Forgot to tell your bank you were traveling? Filled up two cars in a row and bought a pair of Nikes and had it shut off?

     @sun not sure if helpful but last time friend's card had issues in sg, he just signed up for a wise acct and they immediately issued a virtual card. attached it to apple pay and paid without problems rest of the trip
