     @jinxhart I know satire when I see it.

     When I can't recognize, I say something like "you're joking, right? Please tell me you're joking", then depending on the response, I'll block or not. Lol.🤷♂️

     The phrase I have made up to explain Mastodon after normies wonder what the hell I am talking about is - "the good twitter without Elon Musk".

     It tolls off the tongue...smashes thru the floor and heads off to the centre of the earth.

     @raymierussell well, we need to emphasize that Mastodon is FAR from the only thing here. In that sense, Fediverse works perfectly. It's the "Federated Universe" of social media networks.

     Though, before saying that, yours works well. I'd avoid saying "Mastodon" because that just moves the power from Twitter the company and hands it to Mastodon Gmbh the company...😬
