You don't have to like it, but I'm tired of arguing with you. There is absolutely no solution that gets us out of it when the institutionalist party will not even DO the things they LEGALLY can do, to stop this fascist takeover. Won't pack the court, won't defund it, will help fascists jail you if you fight back, will not mobilize in the streets, didn't even protect voting rights.
We're at "bricks." I don't care if you like it, reality is real independent of your desires.

Just like our "SocDem" German LOL-af Schloz, resisting stubbornly to start the *very* possible process of making our latest crop of fascists illegal again - a *very* real option and a legal process few if any other countries even have, resulting from hard learned lessons, all payed for with *lots* of bloodshed during the past and *very* catastrophic reign of fascists.
Months of mass protests on the streets. Just ask any of us *how* "dissapointment" feels like. 🥳

Hard to predict, but the recent elections in GB and France may also help - as they seriously shattered the image of perpetual neoliberal shitshows, realpolitik, sachzwang and basic lack of options other than keeping calm and carrying on.
I guess sachzwang hasn't been absorbed into English yet, but it probably should. There's hardly a better choice for the 5th rider of the apocalypse like realpolitik, riding the lame horse sachzwang.

They're doing more.
Time will tell whether that's enough, but it's better than patiently hoping things will work out.

@AnarchoNinaWrites The Democrats won’t even allow their progressive wing any sway, so there's no chance of their taking on the Courts. I fear the only unknown is whether we’re going full fascist in 2025 or 2029.

@pedrobizbikedu I mean I think given the rulings the court just issued, we're already there. They don't even NEED the White House, they're ALREADY doing it now, through the federal courts/Scotus which are almost entirely run by fascists.
