   @ryanhoulihan In general I agree with you although recently I have actually been finding uses for the "metaverse", not in the big Meta corporate bet aspect of it, but more for niche online communities meeting up in VRChat. I'm in a Star Trek meetup group there (we have our own uniforms and words but visit other worlds too.) It's also very popular with the furry community and there's definitely some overlap. But yeah I don't think this is really what Zuck had in mind, lol

     @ryanhoulihan #cybertruck is a turd but we love our #bolt would buy a #lightning actually if they were not 80K! #metaverse anyone remember Second Life? Anyone remember Habitat MMO from the 80s? MUDs, MUSH, MOOs? All flashes in the pan, NFTs have have more applications :-) #AI is actually doing scary well, just not search and LLMs. But data science and generative design tools? Adobe needs stopped, just like MS, Google, Meta, Amazon, etc! GANs are ending the 125 years or so we believed in images.
