     @p Anyway, Debian oldstable ships 8.4p1 which isn't vulnerable, and Slackware should be even more fossilized than that.

     14.2 was laggy, Slackware's usually pretty up to date. With 15.0, they've resumed. Unfortunately, it is 8.8 so I just kilt ASLR on the Slackware machines.
