   @Zergling_man I mean, it arguably does as it both map to all 0.
   
   Software should really be designed to allow binding to both all IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, or only IPv6 in a sensible manner.

     twisted will interpret :: and 0.0.0.0 as the same address (?????) and hurl up an error about it already being in use when trying to bind on the second one.
