   Seeing all of @Greenseer's photos from her daily hikes inspired me to *try* to snap a couple of photos during my hike with the terrible camera in my phone.

   They suck. I know.

   I think I might dust off my digital SLR camera at some point and take it along on one of my morning hikes. Darn thing is kind of heavy and awkward to have bouncing around on a strap around one's neck, though.

     My phone's camera might work better in direct sunlight. These photos were taken at lower light levels before sunrise.

     I don't actually see the sunrise until I'm nearly finished with my hike, LOL.

     I wake up EARLY.

     I spent time at a friend's cabin in northern Minnesota last week.

     Here is a photo of two butterflies who seemed to fancy each other. They spent a lot of time just hanging out near each other.

     This photo was taken with my tablet. A better camera than my phone's.

     This was taken on a lake shore, by the cabin.

     I forgot to get pics of the lake, of course. I'm a dork.
