Grandpa Don for Harris/Walz (dbc3@mastodon.world)'s status on Monday, 08-Jul-2024 23:29:56 JST Grandpa Don for Harris/Walz If companies want workers physically present in office:
• pay for time spent commuting
• pay for travel cost - mileage allowance,/parking or pub transp
• provide free lunch
• pay for childcare, dogsitter
• create a friendly, fun atmosphere - not "get in your cube and work heads down, slave"In other words, make them WANT to go to office. Otherwise, gfys.
