     Usually find local supermarkets stock Kameda Seika's kaki-no-tane rice crackers, but was told in a hotel's souvenir shop on a trip to Niigata that another company, Naniwaya Seika, had created the original kaki-no-tane.
     Seems Kameda Seika was more aggressive promoting & selling its wares.
