     @ryanc I've tried a few, including https://openweathermap.org/api
     But, ultimately, I just use the Octopus day-ahead pricing to gauge when to use expensive appliances.

     @ryanc @Edent I've been using forecast.solar for a while now, and would rate it surprisingly good at predicting daily totals but only okay at predicted the timing of production. That's great for me (charging a battery enough on cheap night time rates to get to the morning production, but not too much) but might not be accurate enough to choose specific times to do things. (caveat: I'm based in Italy, I'm not sure variable accuracy is in different places)

     @mavnn @Edent It seems like there's less need to time when to do things with a battery, so that seems fine.
