     @Sumocat I think in the context of anticipating a negotiation it can be called that. Strong opening move after the EU’s latest.

     @WarnerCrocker Is there a squabble? The beta launch is in U.S. English, which gives them a solid year to figure out how and if it can launch in the EU. It only becomes a problem if the EU withholds guidance before it exits beta (which will probably still be a year before I get regular access to Apple Intelligence).
