     I don’t think that’s correct, Richard: “N95 or nothing!” is what the study takes great pains •not• to say. One of their key findings is that •anything• is much better than nothing. And yes, N95 is the best, but if you don’t have an N95, then “nothing” is not your next best choice.

     Yes, I believe that’s precisely what the article says: fit was a major factor, and the likely reason for the poor KN95 performance.
