     honestly happy for folks that can depart big AAA studios and start their own thing, but i'm getting a bit nauseous from seeing only cis white men being able to?

     i've yet to have see a story like this with queer folks / people of color being able to do this? i know asking why is rhetorical with how fucked up this industry is and how racism and *phobia interacts with people being allowed to pursue their passion/owning the means of their production but STILL
