   Someone once suggested to me that the walkability of a neighbourhood could be determined based on the number of staples in the hydro poles. I always liked that idea.

     @stevendbrewer In Ontario, the electricity utility used to be called Ontario Hydro, a name which referenced the massive hydroelectric power plant at Niagara Falls. That got shortened to Hydro, as in, "My Hydro bill is going to be so high this month."
