The initramfs prompt you wanna type exit, then the page there gives in depth steps on what to do when the next message pops up using fsck*, let it finish then type reboot on the initramfs prompt
*it will say The root filesystem on /dev/something/or/other requires manual fsck
Then you would do
fsck /dev/something/or/other -yLet it finish until initramfs prompt and type reboot
