   Several websites write that snapdragon X devices are the first laptop with Arm cpu.

   Acorn A4 was the first laptop with ARM cpu.

   In June 1992. 32 years ago.

     Incidentally, Samsung made an Arm Chromebook in 2012.

     They just weren't that good and went mostly under the radar
