     @Njord I cheat wildly (make curry paste just at the beginning in the pan to immediately use, use coral lentils, steam everything in cast iron to speed up cooking) and while it's not super authentic, it's delicious and ready in 20 minutes.

     I should note down some recipes - I'll poke you when I get round to it!

     @HauntedOwlbear Indian food? Impressive. We cook.. a lot, and like Indian food, but I looked at a few recipes and my eyes just glazed over. Indian food is so much work!
