   @scott dude doesn't address standing tho. who would have standing to sue for the writ of mandamus that he writes about? and would that entity actually do it? The MTA is controlled by gubernatorial appointees. Eric Adams is defending Hochul. Would Biden make the feds try to force the issue on Hochul?
