   I was standing on our patio and noticed that we still have the wind chimes that we put up 20 years ago.
   We've never heard them, ever.

   They're either in a bad location or the perfect location. 🤔

     @dabertime I had neighbours where the wife loved the sound of wind chimes and the husband couldn't stand it

     Which means they had wind chimes in their back yard of course

     Anyways one day the husband put elastic bands on them to keep them from tinkling, and after at least a week of silence the wife noticed and removed the elastics

     Then the husband used hot glue on them

     Eventually there was a truce and the chimes remained, unadulterated, but their conflict amused me greatly
