   Tis the season....the temptation to load the new ios beta has begun. Though typically I do prefer to let them get a few out for more likely stability and some more compatibility with a few apps.🤔

     @ppb1701 I thought it was specifically a dev beta. Or do you have a dev account? I have beta updates turned on, but it's only giving me an option for iOS 17 beta so far.

     @BeAware I used to have one, had a task app for a while but I didn't take off really so I eventually dropped it. But as far as I know they changed it last year or year before and you can pick it anyway.. I might be wrong. Course used to if you looked around people posted the profiles as well if you were inclined to look.

     @ppb1701 I always get the latest updates and I think I only ever had a problem with 16, so maybe they learned their lesson to be EXTREMELY careful not to release buggy OS.

     @BeAware I'm tempted too lol. Last year I waited til the RC but it was apparently pretty stable the whole time.

     @BeAware For several years I jumped in at 2-4 with little problem. Maybe a glitch or two and a bit of extra battery drain. But I never had to absolutely revert that I recall. 16 was super buggy, I was glad I didn't jump in before the RC that year.

     @BeAware iphone 13 pro here. But yes might be a good time if you have an older one, especially if you wanna really rock the ai features they will be dropping in. I imagine that will be a bit intensive and might be restricted to certain 18 compatible models at least maybe for some features.

     @BeAware yeah sounds about right. Though I bet like several things they have limited it would probably work on a model or two below that. I will probably wait to upgrade unless my phone croaks. More worried on my wife's croaking. She loves her iphone 8 plus, but at some point it's going to croak.
