     Most comforting Sunday late #breakfast / brunch of luchis with yesterday's leftover chola (or choley; pronounced to rhyme with molé). Yesterday choley so tastier, but then again most things nestled in a torn soft piece of luchi would be.

     Video [no audio] of luchi making, frying bit - it's pretty quick. < 30 sec. Mostly one side, press down gently with turn, to puff it all around, then flip for a bit to brown.
     And you don't need a whole ton of oil.
